1/2 cup carrot
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup water

Coconut tree top

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat the pan and fry the garlic in hot olive oil until it smells nice.

2. Add cut coconut tree top and then put soy sauce. Cook for 10 minutes.

3. Pour some small amount of water if the pan gets too dry.

4. After 10 minutes cooking, add shrimp, carrot, Chinese celery and oyster sauce. Now, mix well then turn off the fire.

You can find this food in Thai restaurants. The coconut tree top taste just a little bit sweet and it is not really different from bamboo. I hope you like it. 🙂
