Thai Food Recipe: หมูผัดกะหล่ำปลี Moo Pad Ka Lum Plee
(Pork and Cabbage Stir-Fried)
หมูผัดกะหล่ำปลี
Moo Pad Ka Lum Plee
Cabbage and Pork Stir-Fried
Prepare:
1 cup sliced pork
2 cups sliced cabbage
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup water
Cooking Instruction:
1. Heat the pan and pour in 1 tbsp. of olive oil, then add garlic. When the garlic smells aromatic add pork and let cook for 8-10 minutes.
2. Add fish sauce, soy sauce. If the mix gets too dry – add 1/4 cup of water.
3. Add sliced cabbage and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add the Oyster sauce. Now mix it all together and turn off the fire.
5. Serve with fragrant Jasmine rice from Thailand!

(Stir Fried Shrimp with Scallion Flower)

กุ้งผัดดอกหอม
(Stir Fried Shrimp with Scallion Flower)
Prepare:
1 cup shrimp (peeled, de-veined)
2 cups cut scallion flower (cut 5cm. long)
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup whole shitake mushroom
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 cup water
Cooking Instruction:
1. Cook shrimp and shitake mushroom in boiling water. Drain and save it in a bowl.
2. Heat the pan and fry minced garlic with olive oil until it turn a little bit yellow.
2. Add scallion flower, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Stir fry for about 3 minutes. Gradually add water when the pan gets too dry.
4. Put cooked shrimp and shitake mushroom. Now, add oyster sauce and then mix it together. Turn off the fire.
