Thai Food Recipe: Goog Pad Dok Hom
(Stir Fried Shrimp with Scallion Flower)
1 cup shrimp (peeled, de-veined)
2 cups cut scallion flower (cut 5cm. long)
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup whole shitake mushroom
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 cup water
1. Cook shrimp and shitake mushroom in boiling water. Drain and save it in a bowl.
2. Heat the pan and fry minced garlic with olive oil until it turn a little bit yellow.
3. Add scallion flower, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Stir fry for about 3 minutes. Gradually add water when the pan gets too dry.
4. Put cooked shrimp and shitake mushroom. Now, add oyster sauce and then mix it together. Turn off the fire.
